The company provides residential, commercial, new construction and 1031 Deferred Exchange services. Capital Title is licensed by the Kansas Department of Insurance to issue title insurance in the State of Kansas and is a duly authorized policy issuing agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title and Guaranty Company.
The Company is owned by Jeffrey J. Amrein, a licensed Attorney and Title Agent for the State of Kansas. Mr. Amrein has over 25 years experience in the title industry and prior to forming Capital Title was Regional Counsel and Director of Agency Operations for a National Title Insurance Underwriter
